The Lost Puppies

Once upon a time, there were three little puppies who lived with their mother in a cozy house. They were very happy and playful, and loved to explore the world around them. One day, they decided to go on an adventure and see what was beyond their backyard. They asked their mother for permission, and she agreed, but warned them to be careful and not go too far.

The puppies set off with excitement, wagging their tails and sniffing everything they saw. They followed a trail of butterflies, chased a squirrel up a tree, and splashed in a pond. They had so much fun that they didn’t notice how far they had gone from their home. Soon, they realized that they were lost and didn’t know how to get back.

They started to panic and cry, wondering what to do. They looked around and saw a big forest with tall trees and dark shadows. They heard strange noises and felt scared. They wished they had listened to their mother and stayed close to her.

Just then, they heard a familiar voice calling their names. It was their mother! She had followed their tracks and found them. She was so relieved and happy to see them. She hugged them and licked their faces, and told them not to worry. She said she would take them home safely.

The puppies felt ashamed and sorry for causing trouble. They apologized to their mother and promised to never wander off again. They thanked her for saving them and said they loved her very much. Their mother smiled and said she loved them too. Then, they all walked back home together, feeling grateful and happy.
